3. Equipment rentals, tool specifications and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- General information only: All content, equipment specifications, tool summaries, catalog listings, and service descriptions on this Site are provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer for lease or sale.
- Master Service Agreements govern: All actual equipment rentals, downhole tool deployments, fishing services, and completions operations are governed exclusively by separate, executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs), signed rental tickets, and specific field service contracts agreed upon by Dan’s Oilfield Rentals and Services and the client. In the event of any conflict between these website terms and an executed MSA or rental contract, the executed contract shall govern.
- No implied warranties: While we maintain high standards across our rental fleet and shop equipment, the Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular commercial purpose.
